What to expect

We Look forward to your visit!

A few noteworthy things;

Our salon guests are welcome to arrive early and utilize our waiting room or front porch while waiting for their service! 

We encourage spa guests to arrive 10 minutes prior to their service time to ensure you receive your full treatment time. If you are interested in enjoying our robe service and relaxation room, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your treatment time. 

Please note that our waiting room and relaxation lounge are shared spaces with men & women. 

 

VISITING WITH A FRIEND OR GROUP;

We love being part of special occasions, and that often means visiting the salon or spa with friends! 

Please note the following terms;

If visiting the salon with a friend, we may not be able to accommodate seating or a station next to your friend unless requested & confirmed ahead of time. You may be asked to wait in the waiting room, as service areas are designated for those receiving services.  

When visiting the Spa with friends; unless previously requested and arranged with Spa management when booking, we ask that no food or drink other than coffee, water or tea is brought into the Spa. 

 Please note this is a shared space with other guests, and there may be others arriving immediately following your service. 

 

If you are interested in booking the spa & relaxation lounge for an extended period of time pre or post treatments, please inquire for availability & cost.

 

Policies & Salon Etiquette

Our team looks forward to providing you a wonderful salon experience! Here are a few things to familiarize yourself with before your visit:

Guest Experience

  • It is our goal to provide a relaxing & comfortable environment for all our guests. As such, we ask that noise from any phones or electronic devices and phone conversations are kept to a minimum during your visit. 
  • To ensure relaxation, Spa guests will be asked to silence their phones before entering the Spa

Cancellation & Booking Policies

SPA:

A credit card is required to reserve your appointment in our Spa. We request 48 hour notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, to avoid a cancellation or rebooking fee. If a guest cancels or requests to rebook without adequate notice, 50% of your service total will be automatically charged. Day of cancellations or no shows will be charged in full.

 

Personal emergencies & illness are the exception to this rule and must be disclosed when calling.

 

Voicemail & messages are checked remotely so a message must be left to avoid being charged if cancelling over a weekend or hours when we are closed.

 

Reminders for scheduled appointments are sent at 72 hrs and 24 hours.

 

SALON:

We request 48 hour notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, to avoid a cancellation or rebooking fee.

If a guest cancels or requests to rebook without adequate notice, 50% of your service total will be owed before rebooking.

Day of cancellations or no shows will be charged in full.

 

A credit card is required to book any Balayage & blonding appointments and a 100$ cancellation fee will be automatically charged for any rescheduled, cancelled or missed appointments without 48Hr notice.

Personal emergencies & illness are the exception to this rule and must be disclosed when calling.

 

Voicemail & messages are checked remotely so a message must be left to avoid being charged if cancelling over a weekend or hours when we are closed.

  • If a guest cancels or misses an appointment without adequate notice, we reserve the right to refuse rebooking, or to require prepayment to book any future appointments.
  • Any prepayment will be nonrefundable if the appointment is again rescheduled, cancelled or missed without adequate notice.
  • If a guest is more than 15 minutes late for an appointment the service time may be cut short, but we reserve the right to charge for the full service.
  • If a guest is more than 30 minutes late we reserve the right cancel the appointment and charge for the full service.
  • In the event you’re unhappy with the outcome of a service, please contact our salon coordinator within 2 weeks of your appointment and request to speak with our Salon Coordinator

Children & Young adult Policy

  • We are committed to providing a comfortable, restful and relaxing environment for all our guests.
  • Because of this, we do not provide services for children under 12 years of age in the Salon. Spa guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied and pre approved by our Spa manager. 
  • We request that children do not accompany your appointment unless they are able to remain in the Salon waiting room and entertain themselves quietly. (Use of electronic devices is allowed; however they must remain on silent or be used with headphones)
  • Please note that the shampoo room and styling stations are spaces designated for those receiving services only.
